Once patients receive a prescription from a referring physician, they are welcome to schedule an appointment at any of our more than 20 locations for skilled, compassionate treatment.

If you have prescribed infusion therapy for your patient, Regional Cancer Care Associates is standing by to assist. To refer your patient to our team, follow these steps:
- Submit your order by completing the form and faxing it to our offices.
- Provide information about your patient, including:
- Demographics
- Insurance coverage
- Medical history
- Chart notes
- Sit back – our team will handle the rest. Regional Cancer Care Associates takes care of prior authorization and patient scheduling, and we’ll notify you once treatment is complete.
