Dilcia Diaz, Director Of Revenue Cycle

As the Director of Revenue Cycle, Dilcia is tasked with overseeing a broad spectrum of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. Her responsibilities include managing preauthorization, payment-posting processes, collections, and accounts receivable, denial management, and the analysis and reporting of results. She also ensures compliance with coding standards, reviews, and oversees insurance contracts, provides customer service related to Revenue Cycle, and leads training and development initiatives within this domain. Her role involves the comprehensive management of all Revenue Cycle activities.

Dilcia’s career began as a medical assistant and data analyst, roles that laid the foundation for her future endeavors. She progressed to become the Manager of Operations at one of the largest private, multi-specialty medical practices in the Northeast. Her career trajectory then led her to the position of Director of Operations at a Revenue Cycle consulting firm. Before joining RCCA, she served as the Manager of Revenue Cycle at a nonprofit integrated healthcare network, which is recognized as one of the largest healthcare providers and private employers in New York State.
