Maria Casanova, Director Operations

As the Director of Operations, Maria spearheads the development and execution of strategic innovations in patient care delivery. Her role involves close collaboration with integration teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new practices and providers. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare practice management, Maria has worked across private practices, large physician-owned and operated groups, and corporate environments. Her expertise extends to EMR conversions and implementations, inventory management, and project leadership. Maria has actively contributed to organizational expansion committees and represented over 140 medical groups on a Value Analysis team. She holds certifications in human resources management and financial reporting and budgeting from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Maria earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business management and is an active member of the COA Administrator’s Network (CAN). Additionally, she is affiliated with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), New Jersey Medical Group Management Association (NJMGMA), and Community Oncology Alliance (COA). Maria’s distinguished career includes 15 years of service in the U.S. Air Force.
