Maricelle Roman, Manager, Clinical Research

Maricelle, Manager of Clinical Research is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction of clinical research teams, as well as for the clinical operations and project management of each clinical trial from beginning to end. Maricelle studied Business Information Systems, Microcomputer Applications in Business and Microcomputer Programming. In 2006, she obtained her Certified Clinical Research Professional certification from SoCRA to pursue her passion in Clinical Research and has been an active member since. For the past 20 years, Maricelle has worked in the Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries, Site Management Organizations and in Contract and Academic Research Organizations where she has supported more than 100 clinical trials, registries and observational studies in the United States, Canada and Europe. She has co-authored several scientific journal publications and abstracts presented at scientific conferences. Maricelle‘s many interests include business, scientific continuing education, statistics, technologies and innovative products.
