As Chief Science Officer and Director of Research and Innovation, Dr. Andre Goy is responsible for developing strategies that will bring research and clinical trials to all RCCA locations. Under Dr. Goy’s leadership, patients in local communities throughout New Jersey will be able to access cutting-edge clinical trials focused on novel therapies and biomarker-driven research.
Dr. Iuliana Shapira, MD is Chief Medical Officer at Regional Cancer Care Associates. She oversees clinical operations which includes quality of care and patient safety, coordination of clinical care, development of clinical information support systems, and physician engagement in strategic initiatives to provide value-based quality care.
Frank Casamassima is Chief Technology Officer at Regional Cancer Care Associates where he is responsible for the management, security, and support of information systems and telecommunications.
Tammy Hopson joined Regional Cancer Care Associates in 2015 with an understanding that any successful organization is one that values, mentors, and continually educates its employees, Tammy has leveraged her leadership skills gained as a former active duty navy reservist to lead by example.
In her role as Director of Operations, Maria is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic innovations to patient care delivery. She also collaborates with integration teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new practices and providers.
As Director of Pharmacy for Regional Cancer Care Associates, Tom is responsible for ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality pharmaceutical care. Tom has extensive experience in the clinical pharmacy practice environment, including positions as an Oncology Pharmacist and Medication Safety Officer.
Maria Strama joined Regional Cancer Care Associates in 2014. As Laboratory Services Director she is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing the overall laboratory operations including quality assurance and control programs to achieve compliance with local, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
Maricelle, Manager of Clinical Research is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction of clinical research teams, as well as for the clinical operations and project management of each clinical trial from beginning to end.
As the associate director of Revenue Cycle, Dilcia is responsible for payment-posting process, collections and accounts receivable management, denial management, reporting of results and analysis, coding and compliance, insurance contract review and oversight, customer services related to Revenue Cycle, and training and development related to Revenue Cycle, including all other Revenue Cycle management activities.
Brian White is Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle and is responsible for all Central Billing staff, processes, and financial results of the revenue cycle for RCCA’s centralized billing clients/divisions
